Introducing Chloe Eastwood and Tay-la Shearley from Bindi Bindi Art.
After travelling around Australia and having been inspired by indigenous art, cultures and traditions, we at Tombstone Eyewear have collaborated with the talented girls from Bindi Bindi Art to create a unique one of a kind goggle range - the Aardvark Summits.
Chloe and Tay-la are proud Ngemba and Wiradiuri women who have a strong connection with the Darug community and also consider it home. The girls started painting as a way to feel more connected to their culture and aim to create beautiful and unique artworks to share stories and parts of their culture through the magic of art.
After falling in love with artworks of Bindi Bindi Art, it was a no brainer to work with the girls! Chloe and Tay-la have created a beautiful piece of artwork titled 'Learning Journey' which features on the Aardvark Summits.
At Tombstone Eyewear we are so grateful and humbled to work with such beautiful, talented artists and are delighted to support local indigenous artists, share their stories and love for art.
