All Tombstone Eyewear snow goggles are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects and structural faults that occur during production. This includes defects within the dual-lens thermal barrier, including fogging between the lenses caused by a failed thermal seal or compromised adhesive/glue bond. The warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from customer mishandling, general wear and tear, scratched or marked lenses, or normal fogging caused by sweat, weather conditions, or improper care and cleaning, including wiping the inner lens.

How to make a claim

You will need to have proof of purchase for your snow goggle purchase, to make a warranty claim. An official receipt and/or order confirmation must be provided for the warranty service to proceed.

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us via email at sales@tombstoneeyewear.com with information regarding your claim. We will respond within 48hrs with the next steps in fulfilling your claim and receiving a replacement set of snow goggles.
